Grilled Salmon with steamed vegetables
yeah ..healthy ,yummy and fast to cook..loaded with omega 3 fatty acids...the vegetables(mushrooms, carrots, spinach , zucchini ,onion and yellow bell paper) were steamed and the salmon was marinated in olive oil and seasoned with salt, pepper , lemon and some "special masala "I have :-)Enjoy !!

You know what , Meenal?
I would LOVE this recipe...I have salmon in the freezer and not hadn't been sure what to do. I would enjoy trying this.
ive never tried salmon, but this recipe looks deeelicious. cheers!
hey Michelle ,
yes this would be easy to make ...just steam the veggies or you could bake them as well with a little drizzle of oil and some salt and pepper
and try the marinade I suggested on the fish ...grill it or bake it ..
good luck .let me how it went
shubho,
salmon comes out nice and its popular around here ..
OK< um...another question...masala....is that a wine or cooking wine? I don't drink, but I do use it in cooking....the flavor it imbues is unique.....
Thanks!!!!
Michele ,
hope you are doing well:-) The masala here means a blend of different spices which gives the fish a kick , tonnes of flavor and a delicious taste...
I would not recommend using wine in the marinade ..It would be overpowering ..You could use it though if you were making a fish stew or soemthing ..
white wine for fish and red for lamb, pork, beef stew ...
Thanks!!!!!!!
you are welcome , Michelle :-)
